To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
